We called! They came within hours. Associate was polite and knowledgeable. We were offered three quotes at different price ranges. All were thoroughly explained along with pros and cons. You have a good reputation in our area and felt it best to experience your service. We were highly pleased. Our garage door had not been used for 20 years and was rusty and in bad condition. I really truly enjoyed the visit with Rebecca she was a absolute sweetheart inside and out and I thought she went over and beyond expectations to where she explained and helped me out to pick out my garage door. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and polite but I was very specific about what I needed and that we weren't replacing an opener but installing the first one. I was told over the phone the price installed and I could use the coupon I had. Upon arrival, the tech said he would install what I was told over the phone (1/2hp opener) but It wouldn't last the year and the second car remote was an extra $48 and the bracing was another $5 and there was a trip charge of $20. I was never told there would be a trip charge and it makes no sense since he was coming to do a estimate. There isn't any charge if I say no...why should there be one if I say yes! So I did. The excuse was the people on the phone don't know a lot and you really are a repair company. Then they should. Felt like it was a bait and switch. If not your phone staff need to be better trained.

Your technician James was on time and after reviewing the problem, he fixed it by changing two main parts such as Circuit board and capacitor. He also change bottom seal too. Things are good now. He was very courteous and personable. My garage door start working.

Carlos was very informative about the types of doors and windows that Procession sells. Also had samples of them. Was not pushy at all about selling me a door just wanted me to have all the information so I could compare other business. So that I was comparing apples to apples. Haven’t decided yet if I am going to put in a new door but if I was I definitely would recommend this company.

I cannot say enough. Bob and Austin were professional clean and friendly. They replaced the springs cross bar and cables so fast. They were amazing. They even took the time to speak to our special needs daughter who is confined to her bed right now because she just had surgery. Thank you both for your professionalism and for making our girls day. I looked on the web site and was pleased with the 24/7 work that could be done. The next morning the techs came and looked at what the problem was. They also looked at other objects on the door and I was told a few items could be replaced and no problems with them in short period of time would not happen. I was glad I was told because I did not want for the door to break down again. They did a very good job with everything they replaced and I was glad they informed me of maybe a future problem,
