My repairman (Dallas) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and showed me what went wrong with my door. He wasn't pushy about repairs that should be made, but explained why they should. I didn't feel pressured at all. If I have any other problems, I would again call Precision and ask for Dallas as my repairman.

I chose Precision because a few years ago I had my main spring replaced by Precision because the other garage door service company could not come out in a reasonable amount of time to do the repair. I also used them to install the bottom gasket which again another service company gave me excuses that they did not have the correct gasket. I decided I needed a new door opener and wanted Precision to do it because of the previous service I had done by them. John was really good at what he does, and not only installed the door opener but checked the condition of the garage door and how it performed and made the necessary adjustments. Good job Precision.

Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what my garage door needed to be fixed properly. He detailed the areas of concerns which needed to be addressed by visibly showing me the problem areas. Their was no question in my mind the appropriate fix was a new garage door. I am not an expert on garage doors but after seeing the actual condition of our door I know the door will need to be replaced very soon. Mike fixed our door as a temporary measure until we could afford a new one and did not charge me for the temporary fix. I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors to install a new door. The night before my spring broke so I called them first thing in the morning at 8, but they couldn't come out until 4 hours later. My car was trapped in the meantime. They got it fixed, but I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment that I had for two weeks.

I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I know in the future if I have any problems, I can call on him to help me. Thanks.
