I noticed the garage door making a new noise (it was very noisy anyway) but this one was very loud and squeeky ! The system is 8 years old, so I assumed needed new springs. I went to google reviews, and this company showed very high ratings, and was open on SUNDAY (today!!!). I called and the lady was very nice and informative and said a truck would be out today !!! with no extra charge !!! Wayne arrived (very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient !!!) asked me to operate the door, and said do you see that ? pointing to the "spring anchor" (piece of wood in the middle holding the tension bar and springs in the middle)"It's coming off the wall !!!". I hadn't noticed ! He said it could have caused serious damage (bodily as well as property) if it had broke free !!! He quickly set to work anchoring it correctly. We also needed springs and bearings and he lubed the whole door. We appreciate Wayne Madore's knowledge and skill very much !!! My advice : get professional advice from somebody like Wayne before you get yourself or family hurt by trying to do it yourself !! Just my 2 cents ...

After waiting for over two weeks for service from a different Polk County, Florida garage door company that I had used for many years, I was told that the technician would be here on Thursday. After waiting all day on Thursday and not hearing from him by 3:30 p.m., I knew he was not coming. I then called the office and was assured that he would arrive at my residence that day. By 5:00 p.m., with no call from the technician or the company to explain anything, I knew that I nor my business mattered to them. I immediately called Precision Overhead and was greeted by a very professional young lady who immediately set up an appointment for the next day. She also immediately emailed me the information regarding my 10-2 window for the appointment, the technician’s name and other pertinent information regarding the company and its’ employees. What a difference in companies! I must say that Precision Overhead exceeded my expectations with their “professionalism and caring attitude” from my initial conversation on late Thursday afternoon to early Friday afternoon when everything regarding my garage door worked perfectly. Thanks to this company, I went from No More Waiting and No More Disappointments to Extreme Happiness in a matter of hours! A working garage door is a necessity for me! The technician, Mr. Chris thoroughly explained everything. Due to his expertise and personality, my daughter, Dr. Monique and I trusted him to do his job, to do it right and to do it with excellency! That he did! My overall experience from this company and Mr. Chris was 100%. A+ in all areas! I called Precision late on Saturday, looking for an appointment one day the following week. They gave me an appt the very next day....Sunday! The gal on the phone, Brie, was very sweet. And, the service rep was courteous, kind, and took the time to explain things to me. I'm nearly 80 and know nothing about garage doors. The whole process was much less traumatic than I expected due to Josh's kindness and expertise.

Our Technician Luke called 20 min. prior to arriving at our house for an evening appointment. That is very accomodating to me, i didnt have to take time off from work and sit around waiting, as you usually do. He troublshooted the issue, and found the problem right away. He went over a couple of options we could take. He had the replacement part on his van, again very efficient, not having to order parts and come back. We elected to do the repair, and he was done within 30 minutes. He lubed all the moving metal parts and gave me some useful information on preventative maintainance. That to me is very professional because the unit was not purchased from them, or covered by any remaining warranty. We discussed some pricing on new equipment if needed down the road, and paid with my debit card. I would for sure use precision again, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Back in 2018 my existing door opener failed and I needed service I found your add and made an appointment. You were prompt and told me the choices I had. We decided to replace the old one with one of your models. The unit has worked perfectly until just recently. Matt was on time and very professional. Unlike most companies that say between 10 and 2, I was presently surprised when Matt called and asked if he could come before 10. Time is money and I’m like yes. Matt explained everything he was going to do, advised me on future maintenance of my garage doors and even left me the lubricant to be used. When done, he made sure all was in order, cleaned up and departed. He wore facial protection the entire time he was here.
