My service was excellent. I called in around 130 pm on a Friday, they gave me a time between 2 pm and 6 pm the same day, Andrew Lachance was at my home before 3 pm. He checked my door and gave me a rundown of the issues and went over all three options that I had and also went over all my payment options. Andrew was very thorough and had great customer care. We called Precision on Friday because we were having a problem with the door opening with the remote. The service was scheduled for Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. We were given a time frame of 10-4, and the representative called ahead of time and promptly arrived within that time frame. He was courteous, very professional in his looks and mannerisms, and fully explained what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

I called at 7:45 am about a non-working door opener and by 9:15 am, a technician {Chris C.} was on site. He checked out my opener and offered both potential repair costs of a 28 year old opener and costs of a new one. I elected the new one. Chris was quick and efficient with the installation and by 11:15 he was done. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of work. Thank you all very much, especially Chris.

I had no idea that there was anything wrong wrong until I started to close the garage door and heard a snap sound which turned out to be the chain sprocket breaking off of the unit. I asked the wife to call for service. She was told that they could be here within the next 4 hrs which made both of us pleased. After the service man looked at the unit and told us the cost of repair and age of the unit, we opted to replace our existing unit with a new one with a lifetime guarantee.
