Everyone from the receptionist who took my call to the the person who serviced my garage door were outstanding! They both were extremely polite answering all my questions. John who performed the service on garage door was extremely knowledgeable. He originally came to replace a broken spring. After talking with him about the door and other possible issues which without servicing could be a problem I allowed him to do whatever he thought was necessary. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank-you and you personnel for all you did for me and my family. I won't hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to all my friends. Chris the technician did a great job and helped me to know the steps of how to re program the keypad etc. no complaints and like that we can see who is coming to the house. He also alerted me to a guy who was driving around our neighborhood looking suspicious.i will call again if I need garage door assistance.
