I could not close my garage door because one roller was off the tracks. I went online at 10PM and made an appointment for the next day. They came on-time and fixed the door. The technician was very pleasant and knew right away how to fix it.

Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn't be more than 100 a piece, so I'm wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn't seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.

Alex Carmack came to assess the situation of my non working garage door. After a complete examination of the problem it was determined I needed a complete new garage door opener. Alex went over the choices offered to me. I made my choice and he got right to work. He was polite, capable and finished the job in a little over an hour.
