James was very personable and knew what he was doing! I do have a concern about the final invoice. The difference between the 3 repair options increased by $200.00 with the final invoice! He checked out my opener and offered both potential repair costs of a 28 year old opener and costs of a new one. I elected the new one. Chris was quick and efficient with the installation and by 11:15 he was done. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of work. Thank you all very much, especially Chris.
