My appointment was between 2 and 6:00 p.m. but Chris Carelas called me just before 2:00pm and was here within 20 to 25 minutes, He was very Knowledgeable to my questions answered them very quickly and got right to work. I chose Precision garage door company to fix my Garage door because they had installed the motor and I knew from their reviews that they would be the best company for the Job. James was very personable and knew what he was doing! I do have a concern about the final invoice. The difference between the 3 repair options increased by $200.00 with the final invoice! I give James the highest praise for his work, but the difference in final cost will bring down my overall rating!

I called at 7:45 am about a non-working door opener and by 9:15 am, a technician {Chris C.} was on site. He checked out my opener and offered both potential repair costs of a 28 year old opener and costs of a new one. I elected the new one. Chris was quick and efficient with the installation and by 11:15 he was done. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of work. Thank you all very much, especially Chris.
