I wouldn't call anyone else. Precision changed out all of our garage door hinges and parts a couple years ago and after a power outage came out within an hour of my call to make a small adjustment and all is well. Very happy with this business in Lakeland.

The service we received from Precision Garage Door was amazing. The technician, Bill, showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment and was very informative throughout the entire process. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what happened, and customized the job for what we needed. He was efficient with his time and was done quicker than what we had thought. After he was done he made sure to show me the updates and answer any last questions that I had. We will use this company again for all of our needs. We will also recommend this company to our family and friends who need services in the future. Thank you, Precision Garage Doors for your quick response time and dedication to our job.

First of all I called at 9:15 am...........At 1:10 pm a technician arrived..... on the same day ! He went over why I was having problems with all the remotes etc, and after a little chatter and re-programming, everything worked just fine. Mike Beckum did a great job of putting my mind at ease, without trying to sell me any more than I needed. Of course the system is not new, however there was no pressure to get more then I needed. He knew if and when the system needs replaces, he would be the one to call. TRY PRECISION GARAGE DOORS. You will like them also !

Four years ago we had Precision Garage Door replace the motor and install a belt drive on our garage door. Absolutely no problems until two days ago. The garage door would not open. My wife called Precision for a technician to respond. We were given a four hour window on response. Thirty minutes later the technician arrived. Somehow the garage door motor had a glitch and reset the perimeters for one foot, open and close. The technician reprogrammed the motor and made sure all of our controls worked to open and close the door. The technician was pleasant to deal with and very professional. The motor was still under warranty and there was no charge. The customer service was exceptional.

I used the website this morning to set up an appt. for service… the Precision van arrived in our driveway 2-3 hours later! Travis Prescott was friendly, courteous and explained all our options for the repair. We opted for a new garage door opener; he spent all the time we needed to understand the system. You should consider your customers being able to add a tip on a credit card, for those of us that don’t carry a lot of cash. We are very satisfied with our experience!

The professionalism and courtesy that was displayed by not only your customer service representative on the phone but by the technician that came to the house is a model of excellence that other companies should follow. The technician that came to the house (Dominic) was outstanding. Friendly, professional, ready to explain every detail of the analysis of the issue at hand was remarkable. And the company's receptiveness to my own financial situation based on what needed to be done was remarkable and shows how the company is so interested and invested in making their customer feel special. Highly recommend Precision for any of my garage door needs and wish they did more then just garage doors!!! Thank you Dominic...thank you Precison!

John the technician arrived on time and called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he did an evaluation of what the issue my garage door was having.
