The service we received from Precision Garage Door was amazing. The technician, Bill, showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment and was very informative throughout the entire process. He explained exactly what he was going to do, what happened, and customized the job for what we needed. He was efficient with his time and was done quicker than what we had thought. First of all I called at 9:15 am...........At 1:10 pm a technician arrived..... on the same day ! He went over why I was having problems with all the remotes etc, and after a little chatter and re-programming, everything worked just fine. Mike Beckum did a great job of putting my mind at ease, without trying to sell me any more than I needed. Of course the system is not new, however there was no pressure to get more then I needed. He knew if and when the system needs replaces, he would be the one to call. TRY PRECISION GARAGE DOORS. You will like them also !

Four years ago we had Precision Garage Door replace the motor and install a belt drive on our garage door. Absolutely no problems until two days ago. The garage door would not open. My wife called Precision for a technician to respond. We were given a four hour window on response. Thirty minutes later the technician arrived. Somehow the garage door motor had a glitch and reset the perimeters for one foot, open and close. The technician reprogrammed the motor and made sure all of our controls worked to open and close the door. The technician was pleasant to deal with and very professional. The motor was still under warranty and there was no charge. The customer service was exceptional.

The service techician was very polite and very through in inspecting the overhead garage door. He was very thourgh in explaining what he was going to do and informative about what should be fixed. When the techician finished he showed me how it was balanced perfectly.

I used the website this morning to set up an appt. for service… the Precision van arrived in our driveway 2-3 hours later! Travis Prescott was friendly, courteous and explained all our options for the repair. We opted for a new garage door opener; he spent all the time we needed to understand the system. You should consider your customers being able to add a tip on a credit card, for those of us that don’t carry a lot of cash. We are very satisfied with our experience!

John the technician arrived on time and called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he did an evaluation of what the issue my garage door was having. He then proceeded to repair it and it is working perfect now. This is the 2nd time I used this company and from start to finish they are top notch!

Our garage door opener broke. The Precision Tech Phillip came out. It was not worth fixing, since it was old. Phillip replaced the opener, the track, gave us two remotes, replaced two opener panels. He was very pleasant and efficient. The price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the product and install.
