Your technicians arrived within two hours and replaced the springs as well as a few other parts on the 14 year old door. The techs explained all of the repairs and answered all of my questions. I needed a new opener, springs and a few other things. Aidan Blanchette was my technician. He was exceptional!!. Professional, competent, polite, hard worker. He went above and beyond to be sure I understood my choices and understood what he did. He programmed everything that could be programmed to operate the door, including my phone. Vacuumed the garage floor when he was finished. Much cleaner than before he arrived. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible. I have already told a few friends to call Precision for any garage door issues. This is my second time using Precision and I was very pleased the first time. I was even more pleased this time. Great job. Great company. Easy to schedule repair online and LOTS of time choices.

After 20 years, my garage door opener decided to completely fall apart. I called Precision on Saturday, and they were here and prepared for the situation. The Technician (Chris Elkington) analyzed what I needed and got right to it! Chris worked fast and knew every turn that had to be handled.
