Thank you for your help with my garage door ghost. The doors were repaired and then several days later started opening and later closing without any assistance. After a good bit of discussion and patience, Matt and I were able to guess correctly about a malfunctioning remote as the ghost. The offer to replace the boards at a discount, since another repair had just been made, was not necessary but was appreciated.

Tom came to tweak a door alignment from a previous repair. He showed up on time, called before he came, and had my door fixed in less than 10 minutes.
