Thank you for your help with my garage door ghost. The doors were repaired and then several days later started opening and later closing without any assistance. After a good bit of discussion and patience, Matt and I were able to guess correctly about a malfunctioning remote as the ghost. The offer to replace the boards at a discount, since another repair had just been made, was not necessary but was appreciated.

Tom came to tweak a door alignment from a previous repair. He showed up on time, called before he came, and had my door fixed in less than 10 minutes. It would be nice if the repairman would put his name on the customers receipt in case they would request for his service personally.

My spring broke Sunday morning at 11:30, Precision showed up at 3:50 that afternoon. Ben was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He offered upgrade package pricing, but without any pressure. I just stayed with the spring and cable replacement, and he went to work without hesitation. It took an hour to do. Pricing was at mid $200 range. Overall, I'm very pleased(wish it was cheaper) with Ben and Precision, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
