Called for service - door opened after closing - Upon inspection, noticed circuit board was smoking. Discussed options with technician Mike Boyle and decided to replace the 14 year old unit with a Linear LDCO800. In short order, Mike installed the new unit and did an excellent job. Mike was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Without question, I would recommend Precision to others. I should also mention they were here the next morning.

Very cordial, very quick to fix our problem, and was unexpectedly warm and caring about our small problem. I appreciated his expertise and resourcefulness. Our garage door came off its track, due to a bent rail and a wobbly rail mount. Precision took our call on a Saturday and fixed the problem on a Sunday (thank you!). Mike Wallace was extremely professional the whole time. He exemplifies what customer service should be: great communication; showing up when he says he will; confidence; a sunny disposition; and being really good at his job. He went above and beyond to not only repair the problem at hand, but to also prevent new problems. This is why Precision has been our only garage door service for the whole time we've owned our home.
