Called and made a same day appointment. The Tech arrived a few minutes early which was fine ! Dallas inspected the entire garage door tracks & rollers (the broken spring was obvious) and found worn shaft bearings and rollers. Gave me an estimate for just spring replacement or upgrade spring or new rollers and bearings. Kind of like a "Good-Better- Best" choice. We went with the total package up-grade springs and rollers. Dallas performed the work quickly and professionally. The door operates much quieter than we can remember. Thanks so much !

We have used Precision twice - Matt Lebo on 1/1/13 & Bob Blanchette on 9/30/14 -- they were exceptional -- we wouldn't use any other company. Matt gave his holiday to us, and was still smiling - broken main door spring, car in the garage! Bob came smiling and left smiling, though soaked by the rain. Our garage door now runs perfectly. Called for service - door opened after closing - Upon inspection, noticed circuit board was smoking. Discussed options with technician Mike Boyle and decided to replace the 14 year old unit with a Linear LDCO800. In short order, Mike installed the new unit and did an excellent job. Mike was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Without question, I would recommend Precision to others. I should also mention they were here the next morning.

Just wanted to give Mike W a big THANK YOU for a job well done. He replaced the garage door spring and a broken drive gear. I saw Mike working on my neighbors door on Sunday afternoon and he stopped and gave me a quick diagnosis. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and he arrived right on time and fixed the problem

Our garage door came off its track, due to a bent rail and a wobbly rail mount. Precision took our call on a Saturday and fixed the problem on a Sunday (thank you!). Mike Wallace was extremely professional the whole time. He exemplifies what customer service should be: great communication; showing up when he says he will; confidence; a sunny disposition; and being really good at his job. He went above and beyond to not only repair the problem at hand, but to also prevent new problems.
