I was very happy with the professionalism of Gerald Hoover who installed our new garage door. He worked alone but was able to remove our old door and put up the new door in about two hours. After installation he spent time showing me how to care for the new door and the mechanics. The door is beautiful and a big "Thank You" also to Bryan Stewart who initially came out and gave me an estimate and helped me pick out the style and color. I am VERY pleased with Precision Garage Doors and would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have to say I was SUPER happy with the overall service I received. The superior customer service started when I called in and explained my situation. It was mid morning and the spring on the garage door had snapped. My car was in the garage and I had a very important meeting at the school at 2pm that day. The lady that took my call was so sympathetic and caring but honest about not being able to promise to be able to get to me and done in time for me to make my appointment. But she was going to put on the order my situation and they would do their best. Well I waited and not long after I hung up the technician called me Jose to tell me he was on his way and he knows I have an important meeting at the school to get to. Right then I felt better and was feeling a little relief. When Jose arrived i was so impressed with how friendly he was. He walked me through what was wrong with our door, options and explained everything so I understood my options. It was so refreshing to have someone have a great attitude, communicate so clearly and be so understanding. A+ He worked and let me know that he would be done in time for me to leave and make my appointment. I can not express how important it was that I make the meeting at the school. Precision was not my first phone call that day but they will be from here on out. The other company could not help me until the next day. I am happy to day that Precision has gained a customer for life. THANK YOU AGAIN! *when I first opened it after the repair I said that is as smooth as butter and quiet like a Cadillac. lol

Could not have been more pleased. Called for a quote and the guys showed up ready to work, even though it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon. They had everything on the truck and in less than two hours the job was completed. Bryan went through the set up and answered all my questions before I asked. Garage was spotless when they left. Very pleased. After a Saturday night storm resulting in a non-functional garage door, I called on Sunday and spoke with a live person that set me up for a Monday AM appointment. That alone was exceptional. Speaking to a live person on Sunday for any home repair on the following Monday is almost unheard of. Tech (Craig) showed up on time and performed the repairs and additional preventive maintenance to my complete satisfaction. I was at work and he called me with all updates and status as the work progressed. A+.

The technician was so helpful. He corrected the problem quickly and accurately. When testing to be sure it was working okay, he found another issue that could have caused a return visit within a month. Instead he fixed it while he was here. Extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Recommend highly.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on a Sunday as a result of seeing their TV commercials. I immediately received a real and pleasant person to speak with who setup an appointment for my broken spring replacement. Their service technician, John, called ahead to inform me he was right on schedule. John is a prompt, clean and courteous man who quickly assessed my situation and recommended a variety of options explaining the advantages of each. He provided all the information I needed allowing me to select my best option. Being in industrial repair, I'm quite familiar with proper tools and and procedures. I was impressed with John's knowledge and use of his equipment. John performed a quality repair while explaining to me how to maintain and extend the life of my door and opener.
