Have observed many ads for Precision on TV. Experienced problem with garage door on Thanksgiving eve so placed a call to Precision for repair and how quick. When phone call ended repair date, time of service and name of repairman were provided. Serviceman arrived on time, advised door problem and cost to resolve. Work was completed efficiently and professionally. My 11-year old door looks and runs beautifully. Sean Wolf did a super job!!!

I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.

We greatly appreciate the excellent service from call center to the service technician. We were kept informed of the time that rep would be at our house and a call when he was on his way. Adam was so polite, knowledgeable and went above our expectations. He couldn't repair our older opener and offered several soluions. We figured we woild get an appointment latr in tge week to install a new opener. Adam qas anle to do it immediately. My garage door spring broke today. I went online and found Precision phone number and remember seen their commercials on TV. I gave them a call and within a few hours they were here. They not only fix the problem but pointed out other parts that needed replacement and recommended such without any pressure I was given the option to replace now all leave for another time. I choose to get everything done at once. The technicians were very professional, did an outstanding job replacing, repairing and installing new hurricane bars to my garage door. My door is now like a new door. I highly recommend this company and I know for sure that I will be using them again if I ever need their services.
