I really liked the no pressure approach to the company. They had prompt service and did a great job! If I have one complaint it would be that we, in addition to the garage door purchased a garage door opener which only came with one remote! The only way to get a second was going to cost another $200! I feel spending $3500 for the unit should come with at least 2 remotes. So instead I was left to scour the internet to find a second remote!!
