Thank you for your help with my garage door ghost. The doors were repaired and then several days later started opening and later closing without any assistance. After a good bit of discussion and patience, Matt and I were able to guess correctly about a malfunctioning remote as the ghost. The offer to replace the boards at a discount, since another repair had just been made, was not necessary but was appreciated.

Tom came to tweak a door alignment from a previous repair. He showed up on time, called before he came, and had my door fixed in less than 10 minutes. He went the extra mile by adjusting more than I called in about. I would definitely want Tom to work on my door in the future. He is a credit to your company.

The service man was very courteous, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend your service to anyone. I am not sure but I believe his name was Blake but I don't want to give credit to the wrong repairman. It would be nice if the repairman would put his name on the customers receipt in case they would request for his service personally.
Hello, Thank you for the review. The technician was Keith Allen. You can find his name on the top right corner under the date :)
