We chose Precision because you were available and responded so quickly to our garage door need in September 2009 when I was leaving to go to Moffitt Cancer care center for a stem cell transplant for bone marrow cancer. We had the door replaced in October/November after my return home. We needed two remotes to be programmed for the door at this time. Chris was here and did so professionally and gave us good input on maintenance of the door and tracks themselves.

I called Precision out to install a new garage door opener. But once Mike Wallace inspected my new garage door that was installed November 2012 by a different company, he noticed that the spring pad was missing and the spring was missed sized. After inspecting my bill, we noticed that I was charged for it, but was not installed. Mike told me that when he installs a garage door or opener, he installs it as if he was installing it for his own home. I have worked for Publix for 29 years and very seldom does a company meet my customer service standard. But I have to say, Mike is very customer oriented. I was talking to the employees at Publix Corporate Office about him, and they were shocked too, for they very seldom meet anyone that meets their customer service standards. He spoke very highly of Precision and his peers. Itâ??s obvious he takes pride in his work and is very proud to work for Precision. I have an appointment for the other company to come out and inspect my door. After they correct their mistake, I will be calling Precision to install my garage door opener, and I will request Mike.
