Called and made a same day appointment. The Tech arrived a few minutes early which was fine ! Dallas inspected the entire garage door tracks & rollers (the broken spring was obvious) and found worn shaft bearings and rollers. Gave me an estimate for just spring replacement or upgrade spring or new rollers and bearings. Kind of like a "Good-Better- Best" choice. We went with the total package up-grade springs and rollers. Dallas performed the work quickly and professionally. The door operates much quieter than we can remember. Thanks so much !

We have used Precision twice - Matt Lebo on 1/1/13 & Bob Blanchette on 9/30/14 -- they were exceptional -- we wouldn't use any other company. Called for service - door opened after closing - Upon inspection, noticed circuit board was smoking. Discussed options with technician Mike Boyle and decided to replace the 14 year old unit with a Linear LDCO800. In short order, Mike installed the new unit and did an excellent job. Mike was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail. Without question, I would recommend Precision to others. I should also mention they were here the next morning.
