Found you online, called and rep came out next day and give me an estimate. serviceman came next morning . removed replaced 40 year old door and installed a new one. everyone from receptionist , to salesman to installation serviceman were excellent. I give you 5 stars on all.

The technician toke less than 20 minutes to fixed the garage door, he didn't replace any parts and charge us $300 dollars "rip off. We decided to accept the conditios because we all ready wait a day with our cars inside of the garage and we need to go to work.

I called Precision because I heard their advertisement on The Joy FM, a station I am fond of and listen to because I helped build their studio and transmitter facilities and get it on the air over 30 years ago. I wanted to look at reworking the seals to prevent leaves, frogs, lizards and snakes from getting into the garage. I arranged an appointment and their tech, Keith came out to look at my door about 8:30/9:00 AM. We discussed what type of seal to use and how to install it and he then looked at my installation. He noticed that the spring board had pulled away from the wall and the door was in imminent danger of collapsing! Needless to say, I authorized the repair and service work to begin immediately. He even helped clear the space back from the door to give him room to set up his ladders and table. By Noon he was finished with new springs, new nylon rollers, realignment of the track, a new bottom triple seal, lubrication of the track, rollers, and hinges {which had never been done}, and resetting of the limits on the motor. After almost 9 years, the door runs quieter, smoother, and is better sealed than when it was originally installed by another company. I could not be happier! I would definitely recommend Precision and their installer Keith Allen for anyone needing garage door work of any type.

We contacted Precision based on advertisement and your reviews. Christopher Stephens arrived yesterday to repair our 16 x 7 torsion spring door. He installed new springs, repaired work that wasn't done properly from another company, replaced the cables and rollers and installed a new "silent" Linear door opener. Christopher was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. We are extremely happy with the work performed. We love our new opener and plan on replacing the second garage door opener soon. Thank you for providing excellent technicians and for a job well done!

I believe that the pricing was excessive. $240 for ball bearings. But I had no choice. It was the weekend and we needed a working garage door. The tech just like the other one last year was curt. In any event, I have a 5 year warranty which I expect it to be honored. Hopefully, I won't have to call you guys again.

service was excellent. responded early, gave me all options, and fixed my door. John Pappas(the Tech.) was great. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My only problem was that when I received my itemized bill I was charged $20 for a fuel charge. I was not told about this and I feel that your fuel should be your cost. Other than this I recommend them, I have used Precision 3 times before this visit.

I was very pleased with the promptness of service and Brian - tech was very personable and could not have been nicer. I was surprised at the cost as I had nothing to compare it to as I needed the work done that day since I could not get the garage to open. Have since heard of a customer that paid significantly less ($200) from Precision for the exact same job but not knowing how different their garage door might have been, I can’t truly judge. I do appreciate being able to work out a few payments to make it easier.

when I talked to your operator when I called she told me for the cheap 1year springs installed was $120 each,,all fees and taxes were included... guess what she was wrong.. .also the service teck talked me into new cable drums for $50 each,,,wow,,talk about price gouging ...$5.00 drum for $50.00... then you charged me >> Shop Supplies 7% $22.75 38449 Fuel / Energy Surcharge $20.00 Job was done and fast,This is the only plus,, springs were smaller then originals and drums were also cheaper made... No I am not happy...Price gouging and additional charges

The garage door spring broke about 3:00 today at our residence & a quick call to Precision Garage Door arranged to have a service/repairman headed out to replace the spring & mechanism. We were told to expect the service call between 6 & 8 pm. James M. from Precision called at 5:36 with news that we could expect him in approximately 10 minutes. He assessed the overall condition of our door's springs, bearings, etc, made some recommendations & was finished with all the repair work in approximately 1 hour. I'm pleased to report that James had us up and running in less time than we ever expected & the door now operates smoother & quieter than I can imagine...thank you James for a job well done & thank you Precision Garage Door for providing such knowledgeable & efficient service personnel.

This was my second service call with precision since having their hurricane garage door and a k Linear garage door opener installed in 2011. Original install was very professional. First service all replaced a safety sensor that lightning got and service again excellent. Today the opener pad by door wouldn't work and David checked everything out and found a loose wire for an easy fix. Again excellent service that was not only quick but very professional. Moving to a new house soon and will have them on my list to call if any garage door issues at new place. Thanks
