Was very pleased with my service technician, the quality of service even on a holiday and how quickly my garage door was repaired. I would like to give my service tech and the whole experience 5 stars and will recommend Precision Overhead Garage to friends and family.

Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. It was not staying up so I could get my car up if the electricity would go off. Now with a little tightening of the coils, it's like new again. Thank u & so glad I called u guys!

My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn't get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won't use them again.

John Pappas installed your two best springs, replaced the center and side bearings, balanced the door, and put plastic inserts into the roller bodies. and checked the opener. The door works fine and it is much quieter. You came the same day we called and that was nice. Mr. Pappas was very kind, helpful, and friendly. He took special time to explain how the different parts of a garage door opener works and the difference in springs.

While going through horrible customer service through Frontier communications for 3 days, my garage door opener goes on the fritz. I call this morning, told the tech from Precision would be here today, he called and said he was on his way within minutes of time frame given, shows up fixes the door opener and done. Still waiting on Frontier. They could learn something from this company. So glad we purchased our opener through Precision. We will be loyal to you because you value us! Thank you to Shane for your professional service.

Tyler came & corrected our garage door today. He corrected a problem that has been ongoing since the door was installed about a year ago. He was very professional & explained what he had done. The original installer never explained how to lubricate the door. Tyler was an exceptional person to represent your organization. The door is operating as we knew it should.

We’ve used your company before and have shared our satisfaction with many over the last several years! Today 7/29/2019 we called to see about have one of you techs come and help us with a new operator for our garage door! Little did we know we would have probably one of the best installers in Florida come to our home. Jordon Tompkins came today which was a huge surprise, oh did I mention I called this morning, Jordon exemplified the meaning of service with a smile. Not only did he do the new installation of our door opener but he truly was a pleasure to have here working for us,neat, clean and precise with all he did. Thank you for a job well done! This is why we use your company! Sincerely, David&Dottie Breland

My neighborhood had a Lakeland Electric transformer explode nearby. The inductive kick from that explosion completely fried my garage door opener motor. I called two other companies, and their lead times were unreasonable. I then called Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Service was just a few hours away. Two young technicians came to my aid. They worked tirelessly for a number of hours overcoming technical issues. They departed only after everything was working as designed.

Jimmy Johnson was my technician, he was extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had just had major work done on my door a couple months ago and was upset that I was already having issues and he resolved everything and then some! He corrected a few things the previous technician had missed. I very much appreciated his taking the time to go the extra mile. Premier customer service!!! Thank you!

I was very happy with the professionalism of Gerald Hoover who installed our new garage door. He worked alone but was able to remove our old door and put up the new door in about two hours. After installation he spent time showing me how to care for the new door and the mechanics. The door is beautiful and a big "Thank You" also to Bryan Stewart who initially came out and gave me an estimate and helped me pick out the style and color. I am VERY pleased with Precision Garage Doors and would recommend them to my family and friends.
