Wow! I called for service at noon and Lyka arrived at 2! He was on time, courteous and provided options that gave me the information needed to make the right decisions for my repairs. There was no upselling or pressure - just his expertise in an area I had no experience with.
I have used Precision before, when my spring busted (just like in the commercials - HA!), and will definitely recommend as well as call if I ever need help again.
My Spring broke on the door so couldn't get our cars out this morning. Called Precision at 8am and door was fixed by 1pm. They are so responsive and the repair fellow was very good. Thanks Precision for your quick response.
