I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don't like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice "COVID 19" which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I'll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn't know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.

Just had my garage opener replaced by Precision. I called yesterday, and was given an appointment for the next day. I was told that my tech would be Noah and that I’d receive a call 30 minutes before. Everything I was told, was done. Noah was very nice and professional.
