Matt was on time and very professional. Unlike most companies that say between 10 and 2, I was presently surprised when Matt called and asked if he could come before 10. Time is money and I’m like yes. Matt explained everything he was going to do, advised me on future maintenance of my garage doors and even left me the lubricant to be used. We called Precision on Friday because we were having a problem with the door opening with the remote. The service was scheduled for Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. We were given a time frame of 10-4, and the representative called ahead of time and promptly arrived within that time frame. When I called to schedule an appointment I was surprised that they scheduled evening and weekends. My appt was for 10AM. Matt H called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was promptly there.
