I really LOVE working Precicion. I'm so impressed that they keep their words and honor their commitments, which are very rare these days. I had the spring of my garage door and associated hardware replaced by Precision a few years back. Last week the spring broke at around 9 pm... I was worried about how I was going to get my car out in the morning, but a technician came out to fix the problem. It must have been complicated because he did not leave until 1 am. My garage was still under warranty so so they did not charge me anything. He broke the glass on my garage in the process... but the company worked with me to prompty repair the glass.

I looked on the web site and was pleased with the 24/7 work that could be done. The next morning the techs came and looked at what the problem was. They also looked at other objects on the door and I was told a few items could be replaced and no problems with them in short period of time would not happen. I was glad I was told because I did not want for the door to break down again. They did a very good job with everything they replaced and I was glad they informed me of maybe a future problem,

I chose Precision because a few years ago I had my main spring replaced by Precision because the other garage door service company could not come out in a reasonable amount of time to do the repair. I also used them to install the bottom gasket which again another service company gave me excuses that they did not have the correct gasket. I decided I needed a new door opener and wanted Precision to do it because of the previous service I had done by them. John was really good at what he does, and not only installed the door opener but checked the condition of the garage door and how it performed and made the necessary adjustments. Good job Precision.
