We had a great experience with Precision. Keith came out and evaluated our situation and needs. We were given 3 options which was prepared by Keith. His diagnosis of our problem was thorough, and his explanation was easy to comprehend and follow. Keith performed our repairs and installed new equipment quickly and efficiently. Chris was here within an hour of my call and was very courteous. He fixed a dent in my garage door so that you can't even tell from the outside that it had been dented. He checked the bolts on the inside of the door and replaced some of them, as well as reinforced the bottom seal, working over an hour in the 90+ degree garage. I was very pleased with his workmanship.

I chose Precision because of your quick response. Your technician was courteous and worked quickly to fix my door. However, your prices are very very excessively high. Your technician did his best to sell me as many repairs whether really needed or not to raise the total bill. In the end, he gave me a discount for previous visits and also gave me a couple of rollers. I refused to buy your 10-pack of rollers for $410.00 because I found I can buy the same 10-pack for $25 on Amazon. I'll never use Precision again.

Seventeen year old garage door opener failed. Called Precision in the morning and was told a tech would arrive between 12 and 4. Luke arrived around 1:30, diagnoses the problem….opener fried. Two options were presented, selected one and the installation began. Luke was extremely courteous, efficient, detail oriented, and explained the process and use of the new opener.

We called Precision because we have had excellent service from them before. This time our door stopped working on a Saturday and they came that same Saturday. (Wow) The person answering our call was very nice. The technician named Dalton was courteous, after examining the problem explained what he was going to do first (which fixed the problem), and then repaired it quickly and quietly by installing new sensors which were still under warranty. He was a gentleman and very respectful (something I find not present all the time nowadays); he even called to let us know he would be 15 minutes late in arriving - very nice. Our experience from beginning to end was wonderful. So we will continue to call Precision whenever we need service or new products that they deal in. Thank you Dalton, and thank you Precision.

I seen the advertisement on television. I checked the Better Business Bureau and I felt this was my best choice for quality work. my technician was great. he answered all of my questions. He was very patient very kind. Explain to me what he was doing and I love that he was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him in my home and my property. He respected the property overall it was excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend to others.
