Our garage door stared opening and closing on its own. I disconnected the opener and called you folks. I called at 10 am and Jesse Burns arrived at 2 pm. That in its self was great. Jesse checked everything out twice and could not find the cause. He did not try to install any parts, that were not needed which I am very grateful for. The time he took to try and find out what was causing the problem was over and above what you could expect from anyone. Jesse went over everything and explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. He could not find the ghost but the system was working like new when he left, for which we were very happy. I called several places and yours was the only one where we got a real live person to speak to! I was concerned that being the day before Thanksgiving that no one would be able to help us, but you came through. I was told the technician would be available between 1-5, but Chris C. promptly called me at 12:30 that he was on his way. He and his partner, Keng G., were extremely professional and attentive. They both introduced themselves and reviewed the situation in detail. Chris then took the time to explain everything precisely (hence Precision Doors - ha!) to me. Moreover, he was kind enough to do the same for my husband on my cell phone. There was a remarkable difference after they completed the job. The door ran much smoother. We will highly recommend them in the future.

I looked on the web site and was pleased with the 24/7 work that could be done. The next morning the techs came and looked at what the problem was. They also looked at other objects on the door and I was told a few items could be replaced and no problems with them in short period of time would not happen. I was glad I was told because I did not want for the door to break down again. They did a very good job with everything they replaced and I was glad they informed me of maybe a future problem,

Kudos to Precision and the Technician Isak. They came threw as advertised on TV. Saved the day. I was in a little panic, my door spring broke, but the door is over 30 yrs. old and no trouble till now, and my car stuck in the garage. The Technician, (Isak) was out in a matter of a few hours, really nice guy, knew his business, pleasant, couldn't ask for a better Technician as technicians go. I've read other Reviews and I share the same sentiments. What can I say that already has been said, but thanks and Kudos to you all. I have to scratch my head though on the ones with negative feedback. Lets be fair here, Your office quoted me the ballpark figure and yes it was a lot more when Isak got through. But here's the "rub", my door is over 30 years old and everything was shot!!. Needed rollers, adjustments and a few other things, worth the money, well spent. How the door lasted this long beats me. So I have to question those Negative feedbacks. I think I'll get another 30 yrs. thanks to Isak.

I found my self locked out of my garage at 7pm it would not open after looking at it found I had a broken spring called Precision and they set me up an appointment for the next morning James was my technician he was on time, very professional and friendly we even made small talk about our dogs and then he got to work. Cost for repair is a little pricey but with the quality of work and warranty it was worth it.
