I am very glad I contacted Precision. Scheduling the appointment online was way easy and convenient. My technician was James Long and I cannot say enough good things about him. Very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue immediately and provided us with options to remedy it. One of the things I liked most was that he did not attempt to pressure us into buying anything if we did not eant to. Hein addition, he explained things in a manner we could understand. Precision had done excellent work for me before when I lived in Pinellas County. I needed work done in Polk County at my newer home. Precision Service person John Duff laid it all out for me as to what was not done properly when my home was built a few years ago. Typically, someone had cut a lot of corners and now I would pay to fix what had broken. John literally had to rebuild everything but the door to get the right system in place for my large double garage door. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. But now, I have a modern system, sized correctly to do the job, a wifi equipped Genie professional opener, and a much quieter door. I also have a long-term warranty that I know from experience Precision will honor. I would recommend and use Precision again in a New York minute.
