Scheduling my garage door opener installation was easy. The technician arrived on time and gave me two great options to choose. He walked me through the installation process and was done in just over an hour. He talked me through the app and then he personally paired my car's home-link to the new opener. How awesome is that! James Mantsch did our work. He helped us at right after we bought this house in 1017 My wife was here alone since I had yet to get here. He found a past problem of termites ( which the termite inspector cleared the whole sale. Jim worked that day for probably 12 hours and fixed the whole problem while my wife was crying over it all. I called Precision on a Thursday, to repair my garage door opener, and was scheduled for the following day. I picked them due to a good rating I saw online. The repairman showed up as promised and soon found the reason for my trouble with the opener. 1st the spring was broken in half, which for several weeks put an extreme amount of pressure on the opener. The spring had to be replaced and the opener was just about out of commission. Within a couple of hours the spring was replaced, the opener was replaced as well as a new wall switch, remotes, electric eyes and the outside pad as well as new rollers on both sides. Now you barely hear the door opening. Great job and I highly recommend Precision for any garage door problems.
