My service was excellent. I called in around 130 pm on a Friday, they gave me a time between 2 pm and 6 pm the same day, Andrew Lachance was at my home before 3 pm. He checked my door and gave me a rundown of the issues and went over all three options that I had and also went over all my payment options. Andrew was very thorough and had great customer care. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone!!! Thank you so much.

Andrew was my technician and he was an absolute delight....very informative in explaining everything that needed done, and did a great job. Thanks for the great, prompt, friendly service. I called in the morning and had Andrew, call and arrive before the time and assisted with replacing opener and replacing springs , rollers, etc to make the door work again, better and smoother.

Nice young man who didn't try to "up sell" me on any repairs/replacements when I explained that the entire property (30 acres) is for sale commercially. Just fixed the immediate problem and, hopefully, it will keep working as long as necessary.

Given that fuel isn't hovering in the $4.00 a gallon range, I thought your $20.00 Fuel/Energy Surcharge was over the top, considering your techs supposedly live in the area they serve. Otherwise, the tech's service was great.

Called ahead, politely showed me what was wrong, gave options on how to fix it, not a hard sale but explained options. Everything he needed to do the job was on the truck. He got to work got it done cleaned up hauled the old one away. Great service. Andrew Lechance thank you!

After my post, I received a call from Corporate, stating they would refund the fuel surcharge, as the tech didn't mention it. I was emailed the receipt, when I later learned of the surcharge. I suggested they roll it into their base rate, a/k/a "overhead", no pun intended.
