Precision Door provided service the very next day and arrived right on time. The technician was Chad and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He explained the process, reasoning for replacement of parts, and took the time to walk me through trouble areas. He helped me find the solution that worked best for my situation and was honest and trustworthy. He even did his best to work with minimum noise in order to allow our newborn to sleep. Our door not only works again but more efficiently and quietly. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services. My technician Chad Donovan was personable, very knowledgeable and professional and quickly determined the resolution to my garage door issue. I had a broken torsion spring on my 35 year old door and after seeing all the parts he had on his service vehicle, decided new rollers and bearing should be installed while the parts were removed to repair the spring. Chad did a great job and was very fast and efficient in his repair. the door is much quieter and should last another 35 years before any more needed repairs I was very impressed that Chad had all of the tools and parts needed to fix same day.
