The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

Our spring broke and I had no idea what to expect concerning repairs. We were not trapped but they could get to us first thing next day. Our technician was Jesse, who did an inspection of the rest of the moving parts and made a recommendation with two options. He was careful to explain things, worked quickly and was a patient instructor with our new equipment. And he has a sense of humor. We chose to replace the spring, wheels, pulley, trolley and motor and of course openers. I'm so glad I called Precision.

Approximately 4pm Feb 13th I opened the garage door and as the garage door went up a huge noise was made by the garage door, parts flying and the door stopped at an angle a 1/4 of the way up. Fortunately there was a sticker on the door with Precision Overhead Garage door service phone number on it. I called, they set up an appointment for 6-10pm. Jesse Burns called before 6 saying he was on his way. When Jesse arrived he assessed the problem, gave me a quote and completed my problem in less than 2 hours.
