Great service. Technician called ahead to say he was on the way. Very knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing the problem. Appreciated getting several price estimates. The garage door now works just like it is brand new.

You have a good reputation in our area and felt it best to experience your service. We were highly pleased. Our garage door had not been used for 20 years and was rusty and in bad condition. We needed many parts replaced and was surprised when Christian Walker called at time of arrival and could do all the replacements immediately. He represents your company in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. He spoke to my husband by phone and reviewed all he explained to me and was so polite and helpful. Thank you for having the reputation of dependability and trust-worthiness that we had heard about. Thank you so much. The door works perfectly now.

While going through horrible customer service through Frontier communications for 3 days, my garage door opener goes on the fritz. I call this morning, told the tech from Precision would be here today, he called and said he was on his way within minutes of time frame given, shows up fixes the door opener and done. Still waiting on Frontier. They could learn something from this company. So glad we purchased our opener through Precision. We will be loyal to you because you value us! Thank you to Shane for your professional service.

Technician was prompt, came early and explained all my options for my repair. Due to his thorough inspection, he found out I needed more than just spring replacement. He showed me the areas of concern and educated me on how and why I have the issues. I chose to go with the complete repair with the full 7 year warranty so I have peace of mind. Kudos to the Technician for great work, politeness (in this heat) and a job well done !!!
