Today 7/29/2019 we called to see about have one of you techs come and help us with a new operator for our garage door! Little did we know we would have probably one of the best installers in Florida come to our home. Jordon Tompkins came today which was a huge surprise, oh did I mention I called this morning, Jordon exemplified the meaning of service with a smile. We had a wonderful experience with the service that we received on the replacement of our garage door spring.The service tech "Bryan" arrived on time and introduced himself and asked us what the problem was.He was very polite and explained what he was going to do as well as giving us tips on maintaining periodical lubrication on our own.He knew his job! We asked if we could ask for him specifically in the future for other service needs and he gladly said yes.Bryan is an asset to Precision Garage Door company.Good job Bryan!!!

My neighborhood had a Lakeland Electric transformer explode nearby. The inductive kick from that explosion completely fried my garage door opener motor. I called two other companies, and their lead times were unreasonable. I then called Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Service was just a few hours away. Two young technicians came to my aid. They worked tirelessly for a number of hours overcoming technical issues. They departed only after everything was working as designed.

So my wife and I decide to call you do to all your TV ads. we called about 7:15 am and the repair man Tomislav showed up a little after 12 and did a complete repair Springs,rollers, drums and cables.
