I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars. Jackson the tech called me to tell me he was on the way . Jackson arrived on time and took a look and explained what was wrong and then he fixed it! There is another 5 stars... My sister & I inherited my parents house & my mom used precision so I called precision when the door wouldn't open. It turned out to be a little pricier than I'd hoped, but I'm very happy with the results. I broke the manual opener so he had to fix that & it needed a new belt. We choose to replace the motor & belt assembly as the most cost effective long term option. The technician was polite, hardworking, respectful & cheerful. He did provide several options, some a lot cheaper, some a little more. He was very patient while I called my sister & we discussed the options. The new assembly is so quiet & looks all new & shiny. I love it. The technician, Chris, did a beautiful job & left no mess for me to clean up. Oh, I almost forgot - I called them at 2:30, they said he would be there between 4 & 8. He got there at 4:00. Can't beat same day service.

I called them in the morning, and the technician was here at shortly after 1:00 PM. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and told me exactly what it would cost before proceeding.
