We called Precision on Friday because we were having a problem with the door opening with the remote. The service was scheduled for Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. We were given a time frame of 10-4, and the representative called ahead of time and promptly arrived within that time frame. He was courteous, very professional in his looks and mannerisms, and fully explained what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

I had an emergency as my garage door, fell out of the tracks. I called Precision as I have seen plenty of the commercials on TV. I was not sure how long it would take for them to come to my home but I was so pleased with the service I got. It only took about 45 minutes from the time I called. The young man that came was extremely professional, polite and so very nice. He managed to put the garage door down until I could replace it with a new one. The technician was on time, listened to my issues, swiftly diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board and corrected the problem in a short amount of time. He was very courteous and adjusted the door as needed.
