While waiting to see which direction Hurricane Dorian was deciding on, the springs for my garage door broke. Called Precision on Tues. 9/3 at 9 am for a technician. Arnold Simpson arrived, from New Port Richey, by 11:00 and gave me several options for springs. After he completed replacing the springs, he noticed that my wooden door, circa 1975, was bowing in the middle and suggested a new door. His concern that the door would collapse on my car (or me) was very sincere. Because of Arnold's professionalism, courtesy and respectfulness, I received a new door, on my birthday, on 9/5. Arnold could have walked away without a word about the rotting door, but he didn't. Precision came into my life about 3 years ago when I had to have the motor replaced and they will be the only company I call in the future. They go the extra mile for their customers and I feel really blessed that they did that for me. I have referred them to friends in the past and I will continue doing so.

Michael was awesome. On time, professional, personable and got the repair fixed to keep my garage door open and not sliding back down when I had to pull the emergency unlock cord. It was not staying up so I could get my car up if the electricity would go off. Now with a little tightening of the coils, it's like new again. Thank u & so glad I called u guys!

My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn't get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won't use them again.

Another storm coming to Florida. No worries. We have a fabulous precision garage door now. Pricey sure...but you get what you pay for. In our State you should opt for the best available for peace of mind and increasing the value of your home. And the service for adjustments and repairs is second to none. Do I love my garage door? Yes I do. Do I appreciate Precision for my installation and service after the sale? Yes I do!!!

John Pappas installed your two best springs, replaced the center and side bearings, balanced the door, and put plastic inserts into the roller bodies. and checked the opener. The door works fine and it is much quieter. You came the same day we called and that was nice. Mr. Pappas was very kind, helpful, and friendly. He took special time to explain how the different parts of a garage door opener works and the difference in springs.

While going through horrible customer service through Frontier communications for 3 days, my garage door opener goes on the fritz. I call this morning, told the tech from Precision would be here today, he called and said he was on his way within minutes of time frame given, shows up fixes the door opener and done. 5 Stars! We were very pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by your company on a Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. Initially our door had jammed about half of the way up. David found the problem, the cable somehow became wrapped around a bracket. He fixed this and offered to go without any charge. This is unheard of. We got to talking about my 32 year old door and he showed me how everything was basically worn out. It was. In the end he replaced all the rollers, a cracked hinge and the undersized spring. I had added insulation to the inside of the door which made the door heavier and this undersized spring problem even worse. He demonstrated this by showing me how the door was completely out of balance. This is the second time I have used Precision and I will not hesitate to use them again. John F. Schmidt

Tyler came & corrected our garage door today. He corrected a problem that has been ongoing since the door was installed about a year ago. He was very professional & explained what he had done. The original installer never explained how to lubricate the door. Tyler was an exceptional person to represent your organization. The door is operating as we knew it should.
