I have used Precision Garage Door Service over the years, and they consistently give fast courteous service. It was no different this time. I called them in the morning, and the technician was here at shortly after 1:00 PM. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and told me exactly what it would cost before proceeding. He was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. In these times, good customer service, the availability of parts, and reasonable prices are almost unheard of. As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon.
