He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Mike Beckum did a great job for me! He installed a garage door keypad, a new weatherstrip and tuned up the hardware on the door as well as adjusted the spring. Although the cost was a bit high which is out of Mikes control. A quality job!!! Thanks!!!!

We had Precision upgrade our motor, spring, rollers etc in 2021. Almost 4 years later and after several hurricanes, we needed them to come out and adjust the spring. The technician, Michel, was prompt and polite. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the charge of $259 was zero because this fell under the warranty which I didn't even know we had as part of our purchase. So worth it-professional, reliable, and appts are easy to make.
