Great job repairing my 35 year old door with new spring, bearings and even replaced a few sheet metal screws to hold the door together. Lewis Price was friendly, informative, and professional. He explained what needed to be done and performed service that I wanted. I had requested an estimate for a new door in the future. Call was made late morning, same day service. Tech’s timeframe was a 4 hr window, arrived right in the middle. Received a text and a phone call from the tech saying they were 20 mins out. I have used Precision once when I first bought my home and the 6-year old door motor was not working. They came and installed new springs on the door and a new mother board in the opener. 13 years later, I had my first problem. I now have a new garage door opener, new "eyes", a new switch and a replacement spine on the door due to prior damage. It is running better than ever! The new opener is so quiet, you won't even hear it inside the house.
