When he was done, he explained what the problem was and what he did to remedy it. We were very pleased with the service.

One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.

I called Precision when my garage door quit working. My call was answered immediately and dispatched to Lucas Wyngarden. Lucas showed up within about 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options with pricing, and went to work to replace my opener. Once the job was done he helped to make sure everything was programed properly and working correctly. Friendly, professional service from start to finish.

Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. We have always called Precision for any issue involving our garage door because they make an excellent product and their service is top-notch. This latest experience was no exception. When the door wouldn't open, preventing me from getting the car out, I called Precision and they sent Aidan out very quickly. Not only was he there promptly, but he was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to install a new opener, explain the operational details, and he even programmed the remote in the car. It was a pleasure working with him, and I only wish other businesses had employees like him - a skilled professional who does his work honestly and with integrity.
