When the motor on our opener failed us after a recent storm, we knew immediately that we would have your company repair or replace it. Alex did both repairs. I have used Precision Door, in the past. The person up front doing the answering for customer service is very professional, and on top of things. She serves up a great start to the company, as the first line of assistance. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be. The company is fortunate to have this very nice and experienced young man working for them. Extremely cordial and professional. I was blessed to have him as my tech.... I could not close my garage door because one roller was off the tracks. I went online at 10PM and made an appointment for the next day. They came on-time and fixed the door. The technician was very pleasant and knew right away how to fix it.

Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn't be more than 100 a piece, so I'm wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn't seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.

Thank you for your quick response, same day service. Mr Enlow was very professional. He gave a detailed explanation besides the broken but what other parts, rollers, that needed to be replaced. Once giving the ok he got the the repair completed well within the estimated time. He then showed me everything he replaced and explained the 7 year warranty on parts.
