Tech was nice and figured out the issue with my door motor pretty quickly. But that’s where the good service ends, sadly. The technician was quick to upsell me over priced goods that aren’t even meant for residential homes, but heavy duty commercial motors. Either I replace my circuit board for the cost of a whole new residential motor or buy a commercial one for an extreme price. There was no in between. This “service” seemed more like a up sale than an actual problem solving and general service visit. Not calling or referring again

The service person that arrived was scheduled for 4-8. Yea! He called and said he'd be here around 3 pm. He really looked for the problem! He investigated the noise we had and tighted the springs and adjusted some other things. I had been told by another service person that we would HAVE to have a new door opener. The door is makes less noise when opening now!!!! Thanks to the servicer.

He walked me through the installation process and was done in just over an hour. He talked me through the app and then he personally paired my car's home-link to the new opener. How awesome is that! Absolutely satisfied ! Was unable to find a garage door opener installer which we desperately needed. Went to Precision's website, schedule the next day, Saturday, delivery at no extra cost. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install. Technician (Austin) was fantastic - showed up on tome, was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating, selected a unit and did the install all by himself. Very pleased and would recommend !

As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon. I have used Precision Door, in the past. The person up front doing the answering for customer service is very professional, and on top of things. She serves up a great start to the company, as the first line of assistance. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be. The company is fortunate to have this very nice and experienced young man working for them. Extremely cordial and professional. I was blessed to have him as my tech....
