Thank you for your help with my garage door ghost. The doors were repaired and then several days later started opening and later closing without any assistance. After a good bit of discussion and patience, Matt and I were able to guess correctly about a malfunctioning remote as the ghost. The offer to replace the boards at a discount, since another repair had just been made, was not necessary but was appreciated.

I chose Precision because a few years ago I had my main spring replaced by Precision because the other garage door service company could not come out in a reasonable amount of time to do the repair. I also used them to install the bottom gasket which again another service company gave me excuses that they did not have the correct gasket. I decided I needed a new door opener and wanted Precision to do it because of the previous service I had done by them. John was really good at what he does, and not only installed the door opener but checked the condition of the garage door and how it performed and made the necessary adjustments. Good job Precision.
