We had a garage door on the fritz for two months, because I just new it would be chore to get it serviced or replaced..What a surprise! Precision technician was knowledgeable, professional and gave us options. We were up and running in an hour. Would not call anyone but Precision!!! Thanks

Matt was excellent! He communicated great even though I was the one running late from work. He immediately noticed the problem within 2 minutes of looking at the door. He explained everything and provided different options to choose from. Payments were flexible which really helped. Overall, first time experience with Precision was great. I had no clue what I was doing in this instance but they were the absolute experts. I definitely found my new servicer for my door needs.

I really had a good experience with Precision. Chris Knight came out twice to reprogram my opener at no charge. It was decided to replace my current Liftmaster with a newer model. He came out and installed it in no time, showed me how to operate it and what was different with the newer model. It is people like Chris that give your company a good name. He was polite, kind and very helpful. I know in the future if I have any problems, I can call on him to help me. Thanks.
