The service was good. I have a garage with some expensive cars in it, that said he new I needed the door to be repaired. The partlist was nondescriptive I couldn’t tell what part cost X. I was told I must have new springs because the doors were older? It was like it was a law or something but to guarantee the work they must be replaced. I have 2 other doors in the same garage same age and they work fine. I feel like I was charged by what was in the garage and my need to secure it.

Wow! From beginning to end the staff made it so easy to get our garage door inspected and repaired. The receptionist made it easy to get a time for there technician to come out. Then Justin called and was able to come early which worked out perfectly. He took the time to explain why he recommended new parts. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I went with the upgraded 7 year warranty and springs. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. This is the best company to work with if you need any garage door work done!

When I called to schedule an appointment I was surprised that they scheduled evening and weekends. My appt was for 10AM. Matt H called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was promptly there. Inspected the door and gave me a quote of the items needed to make the repair. Matt was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The door operates great. This is the second house where we have used Precision Door Service. They do not disappoint with service! They did a total evaluation of our system and gave their review. There was no high pressure sales, just a review for us to decide what we wanted repaired or defer until the future. We ended up having bearings replaced and a new garage door opener. What a difference! No more sounding like the opener was going to fall apart each time we used it. Due to lack of noise with new door opener and door bearings, we cannot tell if garage door is operating unless you visually look at. Great Job! Our Technician (Arnold) did a great job!

I called at 7:45 am about a non-working door opener and by 9:15 am, a technician {Chris C.} was on site. He checked out my opener and offered both potential repair costs of a 28 year old opener and costs of a new one. I elected the new one. Chris was quick and efficient with the installation and by 11:15 he was done. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of work. Thank you all very much, especially Chris.

Shane called to say he would be here and arrived on time! He did maintenance on the door and noticed some issues. He informed us of the price to do the things needed and, after our approval, proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner!! Very impressed with this young man!
