The motor coupling on my 22 year old Sears garage door opener failed at 4:30 yesterday. Tommi answered my call and this morning Chris arrived, tested, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor and track. Both Tommi and Chris were friendly and helpful. I selected the Belt-Drive opener and I'm very satisfied with the product and the workmanship.

Harmon called and came on time, looked at the garage door, found the problem and gave me 3 options on how I could get it fixed. On the website It said $0 service fee after the tech got that he tells me it's $100. I should have been told that before he arrived when I made the appt.

I first called Precision several years ago to work on my two car garage door. They replaced the motor, rollers, spring, and balanced the whole job out. They more than met my expectations for the work preformed. About six months ago I had them replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of both doors. This service call was to replace rollers, and re-balanced the one car garage door. Everything is in good working order now. I can't say enough good things about Precision. They have always been prompt when called and the technicians are very knowledgeable. I would never think of using anyone else to work on my garage doors.

Jeremy was very good with my service he explained why my door bracket broke from the door opener arm. He fixed everything that needed replacing in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. My only down side was I think material was pricey after receiving itemized break down.

My appointment was between 2 and 6:00 p.m. but Chris Carelas called me just before 2:00pm and was here within 20 to 25 minutes, He was very Knowledgeable to my questions answered them very quickly and got right to work. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and polite but I was very specific about what I needed and that we weren't replacing an opener but installing the first one. I was told over the phone the price installed and I could use the coupon I had. Upon arrival, the tech said he would install what I was told over the phone (1/2hp opener) but It wouldn't last the year and the second car remote was an extra $48 and the bracing was another $5 and there was a trip charge of $20. I was never told there would be a trip charge and it makes no sense since he was coming to do a estimate. There isn't any charge if I say no...why should there be one if I say yes! So I did. The excuse was the people on the phone don't know a lot and you really are a repair company. Then they should. Felt like it was a bait and switch. If not your phone staff need to be better trained.

Your company replaced springs some years back and has given me no reason to call anyone else. Your technician, Kevin, came at appointed time, was clean, sober, respectful and courteous, knowledgeable and well-spoken (seemed to be an educated sort), prepared with equipment to get the job done quickly, and finished with no fuss or delay. Also, his service van appeared immaculate.

Your technician James was on time and after reviewing the problem, he fixed it by changing two main parts such as Circuit board and capacitor. He also change bottom seal too. Things are good now. He was very courteous and personable. My garage door start working.
