Jesse was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and broke down all the other issues that we had with the door. After a recent lightening strike we called Precision Door to come to repair our garage door which would not open. They originally installed our door and we were pleased with the service then. They did not disappoint this time either. A knowledgeable and professional service man arrived promptly and found the motor to the garage door opener had been " fried". he had the needed part on his truck, completed the repair and reprogramed all of our remotes in a very efficient and courteous manner.
