James Mantsch did our work. He helped us at right after we bought this house in 1017 My wife was here alone since I had yet to get here. He found a past problem of termites ( which the termite inspector cleared the whole sale. Jim worked that day for probably 12 hours and fixed the whole problem while my wife was crying over it all. He was a good man and worked during high heat. He did a great job and I was glad we got him again. He, Brian, arrived by 1030. Diagnosed the problem and was finished within the hour. The door works like a new one, sound and operation. I was really impressed!
