Door wouldn’t open both cars inside. I called precision. the lady on the phone was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The repair man telephone before he arrived. He was very polite and efficient. He checked the door and gave me options on how to repair it. I opted for a repair and the cost and he completed the job in about three hours. Now the old garage door works smoothly and quietly.

I had a problem with my year old garage door opener. It would go up and down without touching the remote. I called Sat. morning at 8:30am and Travis arrived at 10:00am and reviewed the problem and made the decision that he could not find what was causing the problem and he made the decision to replace the system. It was all covered under warranty so did not cost me anything. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. He had the new system installed and operating in one hour. Before he left he made sure I knew how all worked and get my outside pad programmed with my code. Precision and its staff are 5 Star and would recommend Precision to anyone.

After I picked the door repair that was needed adam went to work. A few drops of sweat and a little adam magic and he was done. Door fixed, openner installed just a greag job.

I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don't like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice "COVID 19" which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I'll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn't know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.
