James Mantsch did our work. He helped us at right after we bought this house in 1017 My wife was here alone since I had yet to get here. He found a past problem of termites ( which the termite inspector cleared the whole sale. Jim worked that day for probably 12 hours and fixed the whole problem while my wife was crying over it all. He was a good man and worked during high heat. He did a great job and I was glad we got him again. He did a great job this time also since the heavy duty door was likely 40 years old, he got it all tight and quiet in short order. Give him big raise. Tom Bednarik 962 N. He, Brian, arrived by 1030. Diagnosed the problem and was finished within the hour. The door works like a new one, sound and operation. I was really impressed!

We saw your commercial on TV although we didn't need the service right away. When we did, Precision came to mind. Keith was the technician and we were please with his work. He showed us where the issue was explained what he was going to do. Keith also show us how to maintain the garage track. He was professional and knowledgeable and worn his mask the entire time. The entire Experience with Precision was outstanding. The initial contact with the Precision Consultant at 10:14AM was responsive and informative. The immediate follow up e-mail confirming the appointment for this afternoon was reassuring. I then received a call from Precision asking if their technician could come earlier. At 11:30AM Jason Daring arrived, following a a call to me at 11AM, giving me a 30 minute notice, and a discussion of the garage door problem. Jason completed the repair of our garage door, within 2 hours of his arrival, as he projected. At 1:30PM, my repair was completed. Jason went over what he had done, and trained me on the new opener. He then processed my payment. Jason was just superb...top notch. This is our second outstanding experience with Precision. We are a loyal Precision consumer. I was completely satisfied...100%. I had a cable come off the pulley which resulted in not being able to open or close door. Called Precision and within a few hours they were there and door fixed. The two young men that came were very nice and professional. The customer service I received from them was excellent and they did a great job.

Our spring broke and I had no idea what to expect concerning repairs. We were not trapped but they could get to us first thing next day. Our technician was Jesse, who did an inspection of the rest of the moving parts and made a recommendation with two options. He was careful to explain things, worked quickly and was a patient instructor with our new equipment. And he has a sense of humor. We chose to replace the spring, wheels, pulley, trolley and motor and of course openers. I'm so glad I called Precision.
