I am shocked at how much this cost - now that I got an earful from my son and I did my own research and called other companies. I was completely taken advantage of since I didn't know what this would normally cost. So ridiculously upset with myself that I assumed this company would treat me fair and not just someone to take advantage of. I would call around and NOT use this company.

From the adds on TV. I would give you a 5 star rating. The young man who came was very knowledgeable. He gave me several choices to fix the door. When I chose the one, he went right to work and replaced all the parts. The door opens so easy now. He replaced cables, rollers, springs, etc.

Door wouldn’t open both cars inside. I called precision. the lady on the phone was very helpful. She scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The repair man telephone before he arrived. He was very polite and efficient. He checked the door and gave me options on how to repair it. I opted for a repair and the cost and he completed the job in about three hours. Now the old garage door works smoothly and quietly.

I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don't like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice "COVID 19" which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I'll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn't know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.

Just had my garage opener replaced by Precision. I called yesterday, and was given an appointment for the next day. I was told that my tech would be Noah and that I’d receive a call 30 minutes before. Everything I was told, was done. Noah was very nice and professional. He did my install and walked me through everything afterwards. I had called 2 other companies before calling precision, and never got replies from either. Great customer service from the moment I made the call. I will most definitely be calling for any future needs. Thank you Precision!! Happy customer here.
